Swim Across America ("SAA") strongly believes in protecting your privacy. This policy will communicate if and when we collect personally identifiable information and to what end that information may be used. We reserve the right to amend this policy at any time.

You do not need to share personally identifiable information to access much of this website. As a visitor to our public site we may collect general, non-personally identifiable information. Data that we collect may include how long you visited our site, to which pages you navigated, and information about the referring-site that lead to your visit. This information is not tied to you specifically, but more generally identifies you as a “visitor.” This information is gathered to better understand how we may improve future visitor’s experiences on our website.
Many forms found on our website do request personally identifiable information. We require this information to process donations, event registrations, or other transactions.
We reserve the right to request additional demographic information beyond the basic information required to complete a transaction.

We only share constituent information among SAA staff. We do not share any constituent with outside organizations.
