“Until there is a cure for cancer, there will always be a reason to swim all across America.” - Matt Vossler, Co-Founder, SAA
On August 16, 2008, I will be participating in a 5K swim at Morgan Park in Glen Cove, NY to raise money for cancer research and treatment priorities.
Like many of the other participants, I am swimming in the memory of several friends and relatives lost to this terrible disease.
My swimming and fundraising efforts are nothing compared to the struggle cancer patients face every day. With your help, we have the chance to bring the cure closer.
This year, we will swim and raise money to help the following beneficiaries: Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center at Mercy Medical Center(MSKCC), The Swim Across America Lab at MSKCC, The Children's Hospital at Montefiore, and Fighting Chance.
If you can help, you can make your donation online via the attached link, or you can send you tax-deductible contribution directly to me as soon as possible. If you are sending a check please send it to my office as follows: Marks Paneth & Shron 622 Third Avenue New York, NY 10017-6701 ATTN: Kurt Kiess
Please note: All chekcs should be payable to Swim Across America!
