I will be participating in Swim Across America's Saxon Woods Pool Swim a 1 mile fundraising swim dedicated to raising money and awareness for cancer research, prevention and treatment.
I think this is a great cause and by taking part, I truly feel that we can help make a difference in the fight against cancer.
You may continue on-line and make a credit card or debit card donation, (All on-line donations of $250.00 or more will also be acknowledged by Swim Across Amerca per IRS guildelines), or write a check payable to "Swim Across America" and send it to me or send it to Swim Across America, PO Box 217, Larchmont NY 10538 and indicate it is for my swim.

About Swim Across America
Swim Across America, Inc., [SAA] is dedicated to raising money and awareness for cancer research, prevention and treatment through swimming- related events. With the help of hundreds of volunteers nationwide and past and current Olympians, SAA is helping find a cure for cancer through athleticism, community outreach and direct service. This is the 16th year for the Long Island Sound Swims. To date, we have raised over 7 million dollars. The proceeds from the Long Island Sound Swims will be donated to the Cancer Support Team of Westchester County (a volunteer organization that provides support services to cancer patients and their families), the Tommy Palazzo fellowship for Pediatric Oncology research at Children's Hospital of New York-Presbyterian at Columbia Medical Center, the Swim Across America Research Laboratory and the DeMatteo Research Laboratory, both at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center.
