                     The Hamptons Swim

Thank you to all who came out for our Inaugural Hamptons Swim on July 3rd!

A special thanks to the East Hampton Volunteer Ocean Rescue that helped the make the event a great success. We expect to have raised in excess of $100,000 for cancer research, prevention, and research!

Swim Across America is proud to join with the East Hampton Volunteer Ocean Rescue Squad to present the brand new "Hamptons Swim to Fight Cancer." This landmark open-water swim will be located in Gardner's Bay in Amagansett, N.Y.

 

 

 

The Course

Swimmers will be able to choose from a 1/2 mile, 1 mile or 5k course. 

 

Event Timeline

The swim will go from 6 am - 10am, following by an awards ceremony. 

 

Requirements

Fundraising: Swimmers up to 15 years old must raise at least $300. Swimmers 16+ must raise at least $500.

 

Volunteers

Volunteers are the glue that hold our events together. Register to be a Land Volunteer or a Lifeguard for our Hamptons Swim to Fight Cancer. Register now.

 

Beneficiaries

The beneficiaries for the Hamptons Swim to Fight Cancer include Fighting Chance, Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, Children's Hospital Montefiore, and Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory.
