2008 Long Island Sound Swims Calendar of Events The Long Island Sound events are all held in Westchester County, New York. 2007 LIS pictures have been posted. Click on "Photo Gallery" on the left side of this page. 2007 Recap - The Long Island Swims again raised over a million dollars from our 3 events . We want to thank our many swimmers, the teams, boaters, kayakers, land volunteers, journal sponsors, corporate supporters and the donors for all of their efforts in giving us another wonderful year.
