Boston's 22-mile relay swim will celebrate its 20th anniversary this coming July. Offering a tour of the breathtaking Boston Harbor and Islands, this SAA relay swim provides an opportunity to collectively unite in our cause, finding a cure for cancer. Proceeds from the Boston area events go to The David Perini Quality of Life Clinic at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute and Mass General Hospital for Children in Boston, MA.
The Boston Harbor Islands Swim is a 22 mile relay style open water swim that starts and finishes at Rowes Wharf in downtown Boston.
