Bela Szabados

Bela was born and raised in Hungary and qualified for the Hungarian national swimming team every year from 1991 to 2000. Participated at 3 Olympic games (1992, 1996 and 2000), he is former short course world champion (2000 Athens, 200 freestyle), NCAA champion (1996, 200 freestyle), world cup champion (2000) and multiple Hungarian champion and record holder. Shortly after graduating from the University of Southern California in 2000, he has settled in Chicago where he lives today with his wife, Monika and two sons, Bence and Daniel.
