TEAM ALICE - Fundraising goal - $15,000 - "Making Waves to Fight Cancer"
This year marks our 27th year participating in Swim Across America’s cancer fundraising swims. On Saturday, July 28th, 2018, my family and friends (Luke-17, Margaret-16 and Ryan-15 and Mom's grandchildren: Max, Jack & John) and I completed the “1.3 mile" swim to benefit the Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Institute in memory of my mom - Alice Caserta, who lost her battle to cancer in September-2003.
TEAM ALICE has raised almost $320,000 over the last 15 years in the fight against cancer!!!! TEAM ALICE's fundraising goal for 2018 is $15,000 and TEAM ALICE has raised $14,558 in 2018 from the OBC Pool swim and the Long Island Sound Open Water Swim Across America events.
