In our lifetime, one in two men and one in three women will be diagnosed with cancer. Being there for friends and family members in my life that have been diagnosed with cancer has motivated me to do more than just give them my love and support. I joined the SAA community so that I can raise funds for cutting edge cancer research for new and better treatments, early prevention measures and better quality of care. I am challenging myself by swimming in the San Francisco Bay Open Water Swim and raising as much money to fight cancer as I can.
Please support me by sponsoring my swim and making a donation. My goal is to raise a total of $2,000 by September 17, 2017.
You can make a credit card donation here, or send a check to Swim Across America, c/o Anthony DuComb, 1684 8th Avenue, San Francisco, CA 94122.
Check should be made out to Swim Across America but please include a note mentioning my name as the swimmer you are supporting!
