More than 370,000 U.S. adults are survivors of childhood cancer. That's great news. But there's also this:
Many childhood cancer survivors suffer long-term effects of treatment, risk of second cancers, and various social and psychological concerns. The Swim Across America Team Relay Challenge will raise funds to support childhood cancer survivorship programs and research at the Perini Quality of Life Clinic at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute and at Mass General Hospital for Children.
Team Dana-Farber includes Dana-Farber faculty and staff and their friends and families.
Thank you for supporting Team Dana-Farber!
