Welcome to the inaugural Swim Across America challenge in the State College area. On Friday, September 19th members of Penn State and the surrounding community will dive in to do our part in the fight against cancer. The event is being held in memory of Ellen Perry, Penn State women's first swim coach, who battled her cancer head on with the heart of a Lion.
The outdoor pool at McCoy Natatorium will be swarming with swimmers and cheering fans. Each team will be striving to swim the farthest and raise the most to find a cure for cancer. Enter as a team and swim a relay or consider an individual swim option. You choose!
