Through this partnership, the two organizations will work together to make waves to fight cancer and increase open water swimming participation. Swim Across America participants will have the opportunity to fundraise at a SwimTrek experience or receive a percentage back to SAA when booking a group on SwimTrek.com's trips and tours.

Swim Across America participants have two opportunities to fundraise at a SwimTrek experience. As an individual, you can fundraise through the SAA My Way program. As a group, you can receive a percentage back to Swim Across America when booking depending on the size of the group.

SwimTrek Experience: "SwimTrek has become our first choice when traveling. We have been to so many amazing places in Europe, Asia, South and Central America and the Caribbean. Our plan is to go on two SwimTrek’s each year. There is nothing quite like it. SAA MY WAY
SwimTrek Experience: "Through a partnership with Swim Across America and Swim Trek, I have been given an entry into the Hellespont cross-continental swim in August of this year. The Hellespont is the world's oldest open water swim crossing the strait of the Dardanelles (connecting the Aegean and Black Seas) in Turkey between the continental boundary of Asia and Europe. The swim is roughly a 5k with a strict cutoff time as this is the world's busiest shipping lane and it needs to be closed for the swim event. My goal is to swim the Hellespont and raise $50,000 for research and ultimately bring us closer to a cure. Fortunately, I have time to finish treatment, train and raise the money. I believe it can be done. "
