Why I Swim
I swim for my grandmothers—two of the strongest people I know—who battled cancer and survived. I swim in memory of my grandfather and great-grandmother, whose lives were taken by cancer far too soon. Their stories are forever a part of me, and they fuel my fight.
I joined Swim Across America—to turn heartbreak into action. I’m proud to serve on the Junior Advisory Board and to lead as the team captain for The Galloway School. Through this role, I’m not just swimming—I’m helping to inspire others to get involved, raise awareness, and bring hope to those still in the fight.
Swimming has always been a passion of mine, and now it’s become my way of making a difference. Every stroke, every dollar raised, brings us one step closer to a cure.
If you’re able, please consider supporting me with a donation. Your generosity helps fund the research, treatments, and breakthroughs that save lives. Together, we can create a world where no one loses a loved one to cancer
A little bit about Swim Across America:
Founded in 1987, Swim Across America has hosted charity swims with one goal: to raise money for innovative cancer research that would lead to breakthrough treatments and therapies. Since then, Swim Across America has raised over $100M to fund the next generation of pioneers in oncology and cancer-support care.
Thank you for helping me #MakeWavesToFightCancer.
