Hi! I am Cameron Pritchett and I am participating in Swim Across America - Atlanta to raise as much money as I can to fight childhood cancer.

This year, I am swimming in honor of Jayden Griswold, a 19 year old family friend, who is battling a rare, aggressive form of cancer and is undergoing a stem cell transplant and chemotherapy. To read about his story, click: https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100089098162474&mibextid=LQQJ4d

The event will be held September 23, 2023 at Lake Lanier supporting children battling cancer, survivors, and in memory of loved ones lost. We expect several hundred swimmers in distances up to a 5k along with hundreds of volunteers.
