I am swimming in honor of two great people. Both lost their lives to cancer this previous spring, they were too young. 

Faith Tyranski was a member of the Loyola University MD swim & dive team until she graduated in the spring of 2022. She was very passionate and lived life with an incredible sense of purpose. 

Corinne Filograna was a member of the Loyola University MD women's volleyball team and she also graduated in the spring of 2022. She was a close personal friend of mine and one of the brightest souls I had ever met. She inspires me every day to be the best version of myself. 

It is my goal to raise awareness for this incredible cause and to support other families who are struggling and fighting this battle to give them hope. I swim to honor the lives of Faith and Corinne.
