WHOO HOO 2019! Clarke's Sharks is back as a team for the 2nd year in a row, and this will be my 5th year swimming!
Raising money in honor of my parents this year is extra special - My father, Richard Clarke, passed away 10 years ago (2009, from gastric cancer) and being able to swim in both his and my mother's name (Angela) is a wonderful way to heal and give back. THANK YOU.
In our lifetime, 1 in 2 men and 1 in 3 women will be diagnosed with cancer. I joined the SAA community so that, together, we can change that. I am challenging myself by swimming in the Baltimore Open Water Swim and raising as much money to fight cancer as I can.
Thank you so much to those have supported in the past, and those who will support this year. Not only has swimming helped me through injuries, but it has allowed me to raise money towards a good cause - one that affects me personally and professionally.
