Welcome to My Personal Page
In our lifetime, 1 in 2 men and 1 in 3 women will be diagnosed with cancer. I joined the Swim Across America community so that, together, we can change that. I am swimming to raise funds for the Kimmel Cancer Center at Johns Hopkins to eradicate cancer in our lifetime and to find a cure. It is the 50th anniversary of the Kimmel Cancer Center.
I swam sprints in my youth (Mannies and HH). Last summer I trained with Swim Across America and completed my first open water mile swim in Maryland. It was so much fun - hard, but fun!
If you are able, please support me in my swim by making a gift. The researchers we are funding are the next generation of cancer pioneers. Without Swim Across America early stage funding, they are not able to conduct trials that can lead to breakthroughs that can save lives. Thank you for helping make an impact in the fight to find a cure!
Thank you!
Meg
