In the past I have dedicated my swim to Bob Morin, he struggled with lymphoma but then bladder cancer.  However, Joan, his wife, passed from ovarian cancer.  Both Bob and Joan were special people in my life and this year, and years moving forward, my Swim Across America Swim will be dedicated to both Bob and Joan.  Although neither survived their cancers, both fought the brave fight and highlights the need we have to continue funding research not only for cures for the cancers both of them had, but cancers of all types.
