Dear Friends,

I have committed to swim events in eight different cities this year to raise funds for local hospitals that are researching better, more effective cancer treatments.  On Saturday August 21, I'll be swimming on Lake Michigan in Chicago.  The proceeds of this event will go to Rush University Cancer Center.  This hospitals three locations are engaged in a very broad spectrum of clinical trials to bring hope for cancer patients and their families 

In our lifetime, 1 in 2 men and 1 in 3 women will be diagnosed with cancer. I joined the Swim Across America community so that, together, we can change that.  

If you are able, please consider supporting me by making a gift. The researchers we are funding are in our community and are the next generation of cancer pioneers. Without Swim Across America early stage funding, they are not able to conduct trials that can lead to big breakthroughs that can save lives. Thank you for helping make an impact in the fight to find a cure!
