Welcome to My Personal Page
Hi, my name is Natalie Kenny Marquez and I have been swimming my competitively for over 30 years. My open water experience started in college when we swam in the lakes of Southern Illinois. In 2005 I participated in the Big Shoulders open water swim in Lake Michigan and in 2007 I ran the Chicago Marathon to also raise money for cancer research. During that time, my dad was battling cancer, and won! Cancer research is important to me because I’ve seen how this disease impacts so many people. Participating in this event is very special to me, because I’ll be swimming alongside my daughter who is coordinating our team and our effort to raise $800. Consider donating to my personal goal of $500 to help our team!
