Welcome to SwimForce; a Salesforce Chicago team made up of all current and past Salesforce employees and contractors, as well as all of our families and friends. Volunteering and giving is a definitive part of the Salesforce culture and ingrained in our company values. This team is committed to raising money for the cancer researchers at Rush who are developing early detection for ovarian cancer, performing lung cancer, breast cancer, and Latina cancer survivors research. We help fund these projects. They have the potential for innovative cancer break-throughs down the road with FDA approved treatments.

You can be anywhere on the planet and join our team this year via the virtual SAA My Way Virtual Option. This means that you can fundraise, ride your bike, walk, run, or participate in any way you want from anywhere in the world alongside our Salesforce teammates. While physically joining us in Chicago might not be possible for everyone; please still consider supporting the SwimForce Chicago team in any capacity you are comfortable this year. This could mean organizing virtual regional events, registering to race, donating to a participant, or just simply telling your story of why you swim or participate.

Our co-captains, Mike McDonnell, Adam Middleton and Grace Keegan are dedicated to this SAA mission.

Swim Across America

Founded in 1987, Swim Across America has hosted charity swims with one goal: to raise money for innovative cancer research that would lead to breakthrough treatments and therapies. Since then, Swim Across America has raised over $100M to fund the next generation of pioneers in oncology and cancer-support care.
