I am so excited for my first year participating in Swim Across America Denver. I will be swimming 1 mile in open water to honor everyone currently impacted fighting cancer, those who are no longer here, and those who I personally know that beat Cancer. I am honored to bring awareness and help raise money for this cause. All Proceeds go to support cancer research projects at Children's Hospital Colorado. Swim Across America has hosted charity swims with one goal: to raise money for innovative cancer research that would lead to breakthrough treatments and therapies, Swim Across America has raised over $100M to fund the next generation of pioneers in oncology and cancer-support care. I joined Swim Across America because I believe in their mission and want to help give more families hope #MakeWavesToFightCancer.
