In our lifetime, 1 in 2 men and 1 in 3 women will be diagnosed with cancer.
Cancer doesn't care if you just swim in your spare time like me or if you're Olympic gold medalist Nathan Adrian, because cancer survivors come in all shapes and sizes.
That's why I joined the Swim Across America community as part of the Detroit Organizing Committee for the "SAA - Motor City Mile" to raise as much money as I can to fight cancer.
So, please support me and other cancer survivors by sponsoring my work in this event and making a gift.
The money you give will go towards cancer research, prevention and treatment at the University of Michigan Rogel Cancer Center and will make an impact in the fight to find a cure.
Thank you for your generosity, which will help to make this a cancer-free world.
No donation amount is too small, as long as it comes from the ♥.
You can make a credit card donation here, or you can send a check to Swim Across America, 11600 N. Community House Rd., Suite 100, Charlotte, NC 28277. Checks should be made out to "Swim Across America" but please include a note mentioning my name as the person you are supporting!
