Fairfield County Open Water Swim

Team Mulholland

Team Mulholland is happy to once again participate in the Greenwich/Stamford Open Water swim for its 12th consecutive year. Since 2007, we have been dedicated to the cause in fighting cancer for our friends, family, and all those who suffer. We fought for our beloved family member Herb Mulholland, who lost his battle to cancer, and continue to fight for all of those still enduring the battle in the hopes that we can put an end to the disease that takes the lives of too many.

This year, we swim for so many loved ones affected by cancer. We swim in honor of our friends Kaitlin Kelly, Chris and Diane Murphy who beat the fight against cancer, and we swim for those who we lost: Herb Mulholland, Teddy Gerber, Maria Harrison, Jim Carlin, and so many more. Though they lost their battle, they have left behind a legacy that will never be forgotten and a void in our hearts that can never be filled. We encourage everyone to join in the fight: make a donation, attend the event, even sign up to swim! Help us in any way you can, so we can end the fight against cancer.

In our lifetime, 1 in 2 men and 1 in 3 women will be diagnosed with cancer. We joined the SAA community so that, together, we can change that. We are challenging ourselves by swimming in the Greenwich Open Water Swim and raising as much money to fight cancer as we can. Please support us by sponsoring our swim and making a gift. The money you give will go towards cancer research, prevention and treatment and will make an impact in the fight to find a cure.  Thank you for your generosity and may it lead to a cancer-free world!

You can make a credit card donation by clicking on one of the members of our team below, or send a check to Swim Across America,  c/o Jacque Lang, 14 Little Ridge Road, Ridgefield, CT 06877
