This summer, I will be swimming in Swim Across America on Team Irwin. As most of you know, my family lost our kind and generous sister, aunt, daughter, cousin and friend Suzie Irwin in August, 2022. I am swimming in her memory! I am not a skilled swimmer like Suzie, but witnessing all she went through over her brave 13 month battle with Glioblastoma, has inspired me to train for this 2K swim, which raises funds for cancer research.
