In our lifetime, 1 in 2 men and 1 in 3 women will be diagnosed with cancer. We joined the Swim Across America community so that, together, we can change that.  

Last July, we lost our very dear friend, Jason Troiano. Jason was our calm, and inspiring leader. He was sweet, selfless, humble and supportive of everyone around him. He was a tough competitor in the water but a true sportsman on deck. He was known for his wicked sense of humor, which made morning workouts less painful because he always had us laughing. Jason was involved in the Metro swimming community for decades and tried to make Masters swimming accessible to all. Swimmers swim and so we will swim with the memory of Jason in our hearts.
