Founded in 1987, Swim Across America has hosted charity swims with one goal: to raise money for innovative cancer research that would lead to breakthrough treatments and therapies. Since then, Swim Across America has raised over $100M to fund the next generation of pioneers in oncology and cancer-support care.

This is Merrimack Swimming’s 2nd year participating in Swim Across America and we are thrilled to return to Nantucket and swim to raise money to fight cancer. A portion of the team came to the event last year and we raised over $15,000. This year with more teammates participating we hope to raise over $20,000.
