Hi All,

As many of you know, I LOVE to swim.  I find so much joy in it.  However, what some people do not know about me is that I have a few family members who have had or are currently dealing with cancer...and let me tell you - IT STINKS!!  I found this organization called Swim Across America that allows me to raise money for cancer awareness and research.  How does that happen you ask...

Well lucky for you - I have to do most of the work.  On September 7th, I will swim in my second open water swim at Roger Wheeler Beach in Narragansett with hundreds of other swimmers.  I will swim 1/4 mile to raise funds for cancer awareness and research...BUT more importantly, these people are MY WHY...

How can you help?  Well, I have set a goal to raise $1000.  If you could help me by donating any amount that you are comfortable with - even if it is just $1 - I will swim to help find a cure for Cancer.
