This is my first year participating in this amazing event. I have so many friends and family members who have fought various cancers. Most of them have won but a few have not. I’m swimming to honor my sister-in-law who lost her battle with cancer a few short years ago. She was only 42 years old. I pray that one day this isnt an issue for anyone.
