Join Issaquah Swim Team in #MakingWavesToFightCancer!
Issaquah Swim Team swimmers and family members are participating in Swim Across America “SAA My Way” on Saturday, September 9th, 2023, benefitting Seattle Cancer Care Alliance. We swim and fundraise in honor of loved ones no longer with us because of cancer, for loved ones currently fighting cancer, and to support cancer research.
In our lifetime, 1 in 2 men and 1 in 3 women will be diagnosed with cancer. The researchers we are funding are in our community and are the next generation of cancer pioneers. Without Swim Across America early stage funding, they are not able to conduct trials that can lead to breakthroughs that can save lives.
