I have been fundraising money via Swim Across America - Seattle's unique method for cancer research in Seattle for 16 years.  While we have made progress, these doctors and researchers need more funding.  Team Anti-Cancer Financer is there to assist.  Please donate to this team to get these doctors and researchers the help they need.

What is this unique method?  Swim Across America(SAA) funds high-risk, high-reward early career cancer investigators who need early stage funding to prove their initial ideas in hopes of getting a National Cancer Institute(NCI) grant to further move their ideas into clinical trials and ultimately a cancer treatment.  The NCI likes safe bets. 

In a nutshell, SAA provides angel funding for cancer research. We have proof this unique method works.  Swim Across America's funding early stage grants have played a major role in clinically developing FDA-approved immunotherapy treatments like Ipilimumab (YERVOY),Nivolumab (OPDIVO),Pembrolizumab (KEYTRUDA) & Atezolizumab (TECENTRIQ). Swim Across America does this by hosting charity swims across the country. The Swim Across America - Seattle event is Sept 9th.
