Welcome to Jenna's Page
On August 28, I will swim 2 miles in honor of my dad who was diagnosed with sarcoma in 2013. Since that time, he has had a stem cell transplant and a recurrence but I am happy to report he currently has no evidence of cancer and hasn't had treatment for 2 years. He is truly a medical miracle and a SAA funded drug, Keytruda, has helped him remain cancer free.
I am also swimming in honor of my grandfather who died of leukemia, my grandpa who has battled two cancers and my grandma who battled cancer. All donations go to the Siteman Cancer Center and every donation helps bring us closer to finding a cure.
In our lifetime, 1 in 2 men and 1 in 3 women will be diagnosed with cancer. I am challenging myself by swimming in the St. Louis Open Water Swim and raising as much money to fight cancer as I can. Please support me by sponsoring my swim and making a gift. The money you give will go towards cancer research.
You can make a credit card donation here, or send a check to Swim Across America - St. Louis, PO Box 490, O'Fallon, IL 62269.
Check should be made out to Swim Across America but please include a note mentioning my name as the swimmer you are supporting!
