This year marks my 9th Swim Across America event and I’m proud to be a part of this great charity to help raise funds and awareness for cancer research and to help fund the John's Hopkins All Children's Hospital in Tampa. 

I am constantly working on my own personal journey towards educating myself on proper diet, stress relief practices and exercise as a means to a better life and to stay cancer free.  It truly feels good to contribute to a team of dedicated people who are fully invested in finding and proliferating cancer prevention methods and treatment techniques.  I do hope that you too feel the same and ask for your contribution toward this effort.
