Making Waves for Mom
This summer, I will be swimming for Swim Across America in honor of my mom, Lucinda, who passed from Pancreatic Cancer in 2019. My mom encouraged me to swim from a young age and spent the majority of my childhood cheering me on from the side of the pool. My mom was a vibrant woman who dedicated her life to educating and inspiring the next generation. During my mom’s battle with cancer she received treatment from Johns Hopkins and I’ll be forever grateful for the doctors that worked so hard to help her.
All donations will directly benefit Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital. I can’t think of a better way to honor my mom’s legacy than swimming to raise money for children in need. Swim Across America has raised over $100M to fund the next generation of pioneers in oncology and cancer-support care. If you are able, please support me by making a donation to help me reach my fundraising goal.
Thank you for helping me #MakeWavesToFightCancer.
