Join us! We invite summer league teams, club teams, masters swimmers and triathletes to host a benefit swim in support of Swim Across America. Since 1987, Swim Across America has raised funds and awareness for cancer research all across the country. Proceeds from the Atlanta events will fund cancer research at Aflac Cancer & Blood Disorders Center, Children's Healthcare of Atlanta.


HOW TO JOIN: Select a team captain/leader from your local pool or club team. Choose a date, time and format for your pool swim. (i.e. Clinic, swim-a-thon, fun relays, etc.) Next, secure the venue with the pool or facility manager.

REGISTER YOUR TEAM AND EVENT: Click on the register button above and select Start A Team. Enter your team and individual information and you will be provided access to a personal fundraising center where you can customize your team page. Your team page will be the online fundraising tool and the primary method to collect donations, while also including information about your pool swim event. Personalize the team fundraising page with your club and pool swim event details.

WHO CAN SWIM: You are welcome to open the pool swim to the public, or share within your club. All swimmers and volunteers must complete the waiver found here and bring to the event check-in. If you are under 18, please bring the waiver signed by a parent or guardian.

FUNDRAISING: Once your team has set up your unique team page, you may share the link and begin accepting donations. Making a donation in support of your team is easy! Be sure to share your team page with family, friends and other potential supporters.

FUNDRAISING INCENTIVES: Materials will be sent to the team captain. Every swimmer who participates in your event will receive a Swim Across America cap!
