WHAT: The beauty of Hampton Pool is the sense of community you encounter as you walk through the gate. Members are always greeted by neighbors and friends. Children never need to look far to find a friend. Unfortunately, many of these neighbors or friends have watched loved ones battle cancer and we know all too well the importance of research and clinical trials. This is an opportunity to support our greater community of Baltimore and specifically the Sidney Kimmell Comprehensive Cancer Center. We swim to support our family and friends that received successful treatment and beat cancer, in honor of those no longer with us but always in our hearts, and for the future care of our neighbors throughout Baltimore. Our swim will provide lanes for those swimming longer distances and lanes for our children to participate in fun relays. The spirit of our swim is centered in the power of community and the importance of involving all ages and a range of swimming abilities in our fight against cancer. This is an opportunity for young swimmers to learn about the importance of community involvement and contributing to the greater good.

HOW TO JOIN: Click the register button on the home tab of this page and get your own fundraising page to send out to your friends and family.
All swimmers and volunteers must complete the waiver found here and bring to the event check-in. If you are under 18, please bring the waiver signed by a parent or guardian.
FUNDRAISING: We encourage swimmers to each raise at least $100. Many will raise more but if everyone raises $100, our swim could raise thousands to support cancer research, prevention and treatment.
