The clubs of the Fairfield County Swim League (FCSL) are proud to host Swim Across America pool swims in our collective effort to make waves to fight cancer. Funds raised at each pool swim support Alliance for Cancer Gene Therapy and cutting-edge gene cancer research!

  • Proceeds from the swim will support Alliance for Cancer Gene Therapy, the nations only foundation dedicated exclusively to funding cancer gene therapy research.

ABOUT THE EVENT

HOW TO JOIN: Pick a date, time and secure the venue. Select a team captain/leader to register and personalize a team team fundraising page for your club. This is the online fundraising tool and the primary method to collect donations. Contact Craig Beardsley if you have questions or need assistance.

WHO CAN SWIM: All club members, coaches, even family members can join the event!

WHEN: Please refer to your own club team's page for your event date.

FUNDRAISING: Each club is making waves in their own way — dedicating a practice, a friendly competition, a water polo tourney — the list is long and creative. If you’re looking for your club’s Team Page, click the team name under the Team Honor roll section above. Be sure to share your club page with family, friends and other potential supporters.

If you would like to donate to a swimmer/club, click the club name under the team honor roll. Then select the DONATE NOW button on the club page.

FUNDRAISING INCENTIVES: All swimmers will receive a Swim Across America swim cap and tattoos.

  • First team to reach the $1000 fundraising level will receive SAA sunglasses for all participants.
  • And the team with the highest fundraising total will receive SAA t-shirts for all participants and the SAA Cup for them to display at their Club until the next year!
