Carrie's Swim to Fight Cancer
Dear Friends,
For the last 13 years I've participated in Swim Across America by swimming a mile to raise money to fund cancer research, prevention and treatment.
Last year, cancer struck even closer to home. With every lap I swim, I will be honoring my dad Jack Dillon, who passed away from bladder cancer.
I'll be swimming on July 23, and will be joined by many neighbors and friends of all ages at my hometown pool -- Chappaqua Swim Club. I am very proud that our Swim Across America events over the last decade have raised over $500K.
In our lifetime, 1 in 2 men and 1 in 3 women will be diagnosed with cancer. Please consider supporting me by sponsoring my swim and making a gift. Every little bit really helps! Your contribution will make a big impact in the fight to find a cure.
You can make a credit card donation here, or send a check directly to the swimmer you are supporting, or to Swim Across America, P.O. Box 217, Larchmont, NY 10538.
Thank you so much for your generosity!
Regards,
Carrie
