Susan Heon Preston

Susan was a member of the 1984 U.S. Olympic Team, where she swam the 400 I.M.  Susan joined us for our first Swim Across America Swim in San Francisco in 2006 and has been actively involved ever since.  She was a 4 year All-American in college and currently resides in Menlo Park, where she also teaches 5th grade.  She is married to Jim Preston (Ironman Triathlete) and is the proud mother of two kids (daughter, Sarah and son, Cole)
